All of these differing services still include the professional, caring service from a very experienced family of funeral directors.
We have tried to include something to suit all circumstances and budgets during this very difficult time that everyone is experiencing.
Kindly note that we do not accept credit cards and only accept bank transfers which must be paid within the timelines advised.

Bespoke direct/unattended cremation
This may be the choice for those holding a memorial service at a later date or perhaps some other type of personal celebration for family and friends. It can also suit those living away or too unwell/frail to attend a funeral and attendance would involve great difficulty. It is also aimed at those whose budget may at this time be rather limited. This is carried out early morning. This involves no mourners attending, music or any kind of service whatsoever.
Unlike many other funeral directors, or maybe online companies, the deceased will be afforded every dignity whilst in our care. The date will also be our choice. Moreover on the day of the funeral, the deceased will be transported in our hearse by family members arriving to the Crematorium. Most other companies use a van which we consider inappropriate. You will be duly informed after completion and invited to collect the ashes if this is what has been arranged.
In summary - No viewing, attendance, service, input on date. Ashes may be collected from our office or delivered locally at our discretion.
The above includes all our services, fees for Yeovil Crematorium, doctor's fee. Removal within 15 miles.

The simple funeral
Held early at Yeovil Crematorium (or possibly 4 pm), currently allowing
20 mourners for a very simple said service. Downloaded music may be
ordered for entry/exit/within service. Family may bear the coffin as we
will provide no bearers otherwise a trolley will be used. Coffin to
arrive in a hearse. No provision is made in our costing for a
minister/officiant, again a family member may wish to officiate.
Viewing in the Chapel during office hours will be permitted but may be
limited, own clothing must be provided. Ashes to be returned to client.
This service includes removal from Yeovil Hospital, all arrangements and
administration, fee to Yeovil Crematorium, doctor's fees, coffin and our
services

This service to be paid in full in advance.
Extras for the above:-
Minister/officiant - from £200.00 plus liaison with ourselves on timing.
Day removal - £100.00 within 20 miles
Out of ours removal - £350.00. within 20 miles
Possible small charge for extra large coffin
If the family want to arrange flowers or service sheets, this will be
entirely at their discretion, we do not arrange this for the Simple Funeral.
Our bespoke service
BESPOKE FUNERAL
To include daytime removal from own home/nursing home within 20 miles.
All arrangements and administration for the funeral as necessary
including assistance with all aspects, service sheets, music, arranging
an officiant. Oak veneer coffin fully lined with robe or own clothing
as desired. The service date to be arranged as desired by family.
Viewing in chapel at any time including weekends. Service to be held at
Yeovil or Mendip Crematorium.
